Currently we are providing physical therapy services at Century Pines / Evergreen Assisted Living to their residents and outside patients in our gym inside the independent living building.

House Calls
Providing house call visits to those who are having difficulty with leaving their home. Our therapists will come to you, bring equipment, and work with you in the confines of your own home.
On-Site Rehab
We can partner with your community, whether an assisted living facility, independent living facility, gym, or clubhouse to provide direct and convenient access to your members or residents.
